[36][M] WHY do I wake up "sick" randomly??

All my life I've had this happen to me, but it's been much less frequent in recent years.

I wake up in the morning, and immediately feel like garbage. It's like I have a cold, and am having trouble waking up. As I wake up, it does not get better. I am sweating all day, I am constantly feeling too hot, but getting shivers from sweating. I have absolutely no endurance, and am winded walking up a small flight of stairs. I have no physical strength, I am significantly weaker. I am constantly having to sit down and catch my breath, just during day to day standard activities. I am light-headed all day, and feel like I could just lay down and pass out at any time. I have a light headache, sinus congestion, mild cough, and absolutely no energy whatsoever. I get through the absolutely miserable day, and the next day I wake up feeling "fine" again (Since I've started taking the seroquel, waking up in the AM has been sluggish, but that's fine for baseline for me).

I've gone through diagnostics for heart disease or condition every single time I've gone to the doctor about this, but they can't find anything wrong with my heart at all. I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this, because it feels completely random and is the exact same symptoms every single time, and has been there all my life. Any ideas??
