I saw a post that the writer deleted this morning but it was a subject I had a question on. I'm 65, I've always been a picky eater and since I began work in my business, I never eat breakfast, sometimes lunch. My body seems to have settled on 1 big meal a day... and very little the rest of the day. Is this ok? I don't notice any symptom tied to it. I used to have issues with gerd, but I have it under control. I weigh 200lb and eat 1500-2200 calories a day, my weight is constant.
