Hello, 30 year old Australian male here. I have been unwell for 12 months now with a range of on again off again symptoms. I have had many blood tests and scans after seeing a number of GP’s and a rheumatologist. Blood work is unremarkable with the exception of a recently detected very high IGE level 1368 kIU/L my symptoms have become life limiting and I’m desperately seeking answers.

Symptoms: joint pain, muscle weakness, fatigue, brain fog, aching lymph nodes (arm pits) shortness of breath, muscle twitching, random rash on bridge of nose and back of neck that comes and goes

Scans: (all unremarkable) Abdo ultrasound x2 lymph node ultrasound x2 chest x ray, hand x ray, MRI (brain)

Bloods: Full infectious disease panel, full and extensive rheumatic disease panel, basic primary blood work (eLft, FBC, iron studies etc)

Please help.
