Hi I’m 22M in NYC and I’m gay sexually active. I didn’t have any intercourse for the past month and I recently noticed a sore on my penis. I actually never seen it before until yesterday when I was showering and I felt it sore a bit. It doesn’t hurt or anything but if I touch it, it will hurt. I am on PreP - I didn’t drink it in a few days but I plan to continue my daily dose.

I’m not sure how to describe it other than it’s next to the urinary tract and it looks like a mouth ulcer. I am terribly concerned I might have an std but I’m not sure what I should do because I plan to get tested next week. Anyone had this or experienced this previously? How to deal with it? Any homemade remedies?
