I am a 37m. For the last few days, I have been having some spasms/pulsing on the right side of my neck. I thought it was just muscle spasms but I feel it should have gone away by now. The only physical symptom I have is a very infrequent pulsating feeling. There is no shortness of breath, tingling sensation, chest pain, or headaches. I don’t have a visible bulge. My blood pressure is slightly elevated with the last measurement being upper 130s over upper 80s. I’ve done a quick search and the term aneurysm has popped up. Really curious if I need to get the hospital soon or if I am good to schedule with my regular doctor.
