I had a 11m kidney stone blasted through RIRS a little over a month ago. It was my second procedure as the first did not get to the stone. All in all I had a stent for about a month. A month after surgery I am now feeling some discomfort on the side of the surgery (which I guess makes sense...) but also similar pain on the other side, which was confirmed to be completely stone free via CT before surgery. The pain is more than manageable but I can't seem to find an explanation as to why I feel it on the "wrong" side. My GP thinks it's postural (due to walking in a weird way because of pain), but it seems more kidney-related to me. Any idea?
Thanks!
