Doctor drained an abscess in my bellybutton a few days ago, but it doesn't look like it's getting better

I'm a 31 year old female. 5'2, 150 pounds. No other major health issues.

I went to the doctor who sent me to the hospital for an abscess. I got it drained on Wednesday, they made an incision inside of my belly button and then sent me home with smz/tmp ds. It kept bleeding until yesterday when I noticed now there appears to be.. Something coming out of my belly button. It had no depth anymore. But they told me to give it a week on the antibiotics when I had the incision made.

Because of that, I'm not sure if I should just wait it out, or if this is not going to get better.
