Is it normal for your bpm to continuously fluctuate while sitting still?

I noticed on the fingertip oximeter That my RHR would go from 65 to 73 then to 78 and then back into the 60’s… is that normal or is it supposed to be more consistent?

35/Male 5’ 9” 374 lb (working on it, believe it or not I’ve actually lost 158 pounds in the past year)
