Getting a weird feeling on my back just lately

36M 5ft 10in, 10 stone, used to smoke but have been quit for 3yrs. I'm currently taking fluoxetine. No current or past medical issues aside from depression. Just in the past few days I've started to experience a feeling like a drip of hot water on my back. It doesn't hurt, just feels hot for a second.

It's been happening maybe 5 or 6 times a day, I can't pinpoint it but it feels like it is about 2/3 of the way up my back about 2 inches or so left of my spine.

Any idea what it could be?
