Hypoechoic lesions in liver. Cannot get an MRI done. 36F.
Post Body

Hello. I am a 36 year-old female and had my routine bloodwork and usg. I already have a fatty liver, pcos and insulin resistance.

Abdominal usg says "the long side of liver is 155 mm. It is stage 2 fatty liver. Contours are fine. Elasticisity is normal, 5.99 kPa (1.41m/s) There are 3 hypoechoic lesions: in dome section 8mm, in segment 7 7mm and in segment 6 6.5m in diameter. MRI suggested." Radiologist told me that they can be related to fat in the liver but I should get an MRI. Due to panic attack, I cannot get a normal MRI done. And he said an open MRI wouldn't be good enough. Can a CT scan also be useful? Or do I need it?

Liver-related Bloodwork : AST 30 (0-35), ALT 49 (0-35), GGT 51 (1-39), ALP 75 (30-120), Albumin 4.43 (3.5-5.2)

My internist and endocrinologist who ordered the tests hasn't seen the results and I am freaking out crying as it might be something bad. Thanks in advance.
