Soon-to-be college football player recovering from labrum surgery
Post Body

Male, 18, for context I play Offensive line

I am a senior in high school who tore my labrum before this football season and played through it. I had surgery to repair the labral tear in my shoulder about a week ago. I had the same operation done on my right shoulder three years ago. The right shoulder feels alright, but I feel that if I handled the recovery differently I would be better off than I am. Iā€™m worried that with the frequency of this injury I may be predisposed to having it happen again in the future. Is there any advice you have on how to prevent this injury in the future and also recover successfully from this surgery?
