M24, very healthy otherwise, literally just had a regular STI panel and everything came back negative, not very sexually active before that. This has started in the 3 days since. I have a singular pink/flesh-colored bump on the shaft of my penis, closer to the base. It feels like a sore of some kind, it hurts a bit when touched and even when not it’s sensitive to touch. It doesn’t look like it’s full of puss, nor is there more than one. It’s not very pink, either. Just kinda there, wouldn’t have paid attention except it does hurt. I think I had a pimple that (unintentionally) popped in that same spot maybe 1-2 weeks ago. Any ideas?
