Smart watch says I have atrial fibrillation

23F, 171cm (5'7"), 55.5kg (122.3lbs), white/German, no medication except a multivitamin and iron, duration of complaint: yesterday fir the first time

Yestsrday and today my smart watch told me I have Afib. I've never had my watch tell me this before so I don't just want to ignore it. Does this look like I should be concerned?

Yesterday just before taking the EKG I went down/up a flight of stairs. Today I was sitting on the sofa watching TV.
