weird "episode" possible COVID
Post Body

I (31f overweight was a smoker recently quit medications are 1 suboxone film under the tongue daily for opioid addiction and vistaril as needed for anxiety) have a pretty nasty virus or something going through my house pretty sure it's COVID actually but haven't been tested. Last night i was sitting in bed with my also sick 3 year old and i leaned down to help him with his ipad and when i sat back up i felt a weird dizziness followed by what i can only describe as feeling like my eyes were looking in different directions which is not possible but then it felt a bit like someone dumped cool water down the back of my head and i thought for sure i was going to faint or something so i yelled for my boyfriend and he sat with us for a few minutes until i felt a bit better. I've had lots of sinus pressure so i'm not sure if maybe that can affect a person this way? I am just curious if this is cause for some concern or not. I feel ok today so far aside from ongoing sinus pressure and cold symptoms. Thanks in advance.
