Insides of my nose get very cold and I wake up in the middle of the night, specially in cold weather. I daily wake up in middle of the night with cold nose and throat. What could be the problem? A little research says dehumidifier should work. It’s cold weather now but this happens in summer as well. Tried a random nasal spray but didn’t work. It’s ruining my life cuz I can’t be productive in day due to lack of sleep. (Mods please don’t remove the post)
