Having a weird pain or rather dull ache on the underside of my jaw. On the left side only. And a similar ache under the left side of the tongue. Can someone explain what it can be?

Apart from this , I'm (23m) have been feeling uneasy and yesterday was having what only i can describe as burning lungs but I was also having a heartburn type of feeling. I have been feeling the jaw pain for 3-4 days. I cannot understand what it is and should I see an emt?
