Weird ache in my left arm that seems to move around

I (M23) have been feeling this weird ache or pain I can't really put a name on it in my left arm, below the elbow. At first i thought, i could feel a clog in my veins but now I just feel like a ache or a discomfort sometimes at certain points or in my forearm muscles. However from today morning I have been feeling that in my right wrist. And I have that same ache but localised under my jaw in the tissue not the bones. I don't know what is wrong. There is no pain when I move my arm. From today morning it feels like a very very light and mild burn.
