Under my skin, about a year ago I noticed something that feels like narrow hollow tubes under the skin on my upper inner thigh. Something that feels like a pimple appeared later on so I squeezed it and let it heal. Months later suddenly that spot was open with blood coming out. The blood came out like jelly.

Today I just checked it again and it seems like there is a large empty space half the diameter of a coin. The skin feels thin over it, it goes quite deep into the leg when I press down, and it is a dark red colour. The hollow tube-like structures going out both sides of it are still there.

So weird, what could this be? I'm quite worried
