Unsure if I should bring my girlfriend to the ER anymore
Post Body

So, let me explain. My girlfriend (24) has a lot of issues. She lost her parents and grandma growing up before she was even an adult, and most of her family doesn't like her because she's trans. She was in an accident and has a slipped disc, a long with sciatica, high white blood cells count and a few others things. Her main issue is that her family has mysterious heart issues. Both her parents died of heart failure with doctors being unable to determine a reason or any symptoms leading up to their death.

For her it starts with random severe chest pain that's about a 7-9 on the pain scale that slowly goes away. I'm unsure if it's because she's trans and taking estrogen and has no other hormones in her, but regardless, it hasn't shown up much until recently. It happened a lot before we moved back to her trailer from a bad apartment.

Every time she has chest pain, I bring her to the hospital. Most times it dies down before we get there, but even when we got there one time while it was still going on, everything came back clean and nothing was detected.

This most recent time she had chest pain, got light headed, and her heart rate went down to 55 or so. We guess it was because she was moving things around in the living room and doing physical work? Naturally, I rush over and bring her in, and unsurprisingly, for about the 10th time nothing was wrong and she was cleared. Naturally, we're both very scared.

She could die any day from a heart condition nobody ever seems to be able to find information on, like her parents died from. She's looked into her white blood cell count by a professional and nothing was detected, we've done dozens of blood and heart tests, even done a few monitors, but nobody ever finds anything. At this point, I honestly don't see the point in bringing her to the hospital because every time they can't find anything and we end up staying there anywhere between 3-6 hours with no results.

Any help or insight would be appreciated. She takes a lot of meds, but the only one she thinks would affect anything is her inflammation, and I'm trying to get her to stop smoking as I've heard that can aggravate heart issues. She tends to vape or use weed to help dull the pain when it does show up.
