Hi. I'm 28F, 190lbs, 5 feet with hypothyroidism (not genetic). I have 4 kids. I had an emergency c section almost 2 years ago. It was a uterine rupture. We both survived and I did not experience any hemorrhaging

I got my period really early on August 21st of this year . Then, I started bleeding again like a full period on the 27th...which is really unusual. Figured it was hormonal changes. However, I haven't stopped spotting dark red blood since. Today, I spotted. Tonight, the dark red blood literally pooled out around my ankles and soaked my shoes. Extremely heavy. So far, it has been an hour. I'm still flowing, but not as heavily. Some cramping, but this is scary

I don't want to go to the ER and look silly. Thoughts?
