I started using cocaine a few months ago, and it's gotten to the point that I use it every day now. Please no judgement - it's something I'm working very hard on fixing...

My nose and sinuses are pretty bad right now. Very irritated, scabbed in the morning and then very like soft woundish when moisturized. The most irritation is in the main cavity of the nose up to I guess that boney hole way up there. I use a netti pot a few times a day, I put neosporin on a q-tip and apply a bunch daily, I flush out after each line. Is there anything else I can do?

I know I'm going to get answers stop doing lines, and I know, and it is getting better as I ween. But in the meantime, anything else I can do to get through this without messing up my nose worse?
