Gut/anal health with bidet
Post Body

40M I have a bidet attachment for my toilet. It has a little adjustable spray nozzle that sits at the back of the toilet bowl, and is adjustable front to back. It's not a wand. It's the Tushy brand, if you want to look it up. The sprayer is adjustable and can get pretty strong. I've been using it to give myself a mini enema at least once a day, and it works well to get out what is sometimes difficult. I haven't noticed any gut or anal related issues. If it's painful, I don't do it. I would just like to know if I should watch out for anything or if this is a bad idea altogether.
