Lab results help please

Just got bloodwork back. Not sure what these mean:

Hematocrit: 52.3% (40-52% normal range) MCH: 30.4 pg (31-37 normal range) MCHC: 32.7 g/dL (33.0-37.0 normal range)

I take 5g creatine daily. Curious if this impacts this at all.

According to the lab, my hematocrit is high. My MCH and MCHC are low.

What does he all mean?
