Hello I don't know how to start this I am female, age 19, height 5’5, weight 150lbs, not on any current medications, do not smoke or drink. I really am disgusted with myself and the way I am thinking but I need to know if anyone else has experienced what I am right now. Around 16 months ago I woke up felt "something" in my throat like mucus and cleared it out, but it kept coming back, the first day it was every hour but now it's every second of the day. I constantly feel as if I have mucus in my throat, when I swallow, drink, eat, breathe anything I have to clear my throat. I've been to 4 different ents in 2 different states (tn) and (fl) I've had allergy tests done, st scans, bacteria swabs, been scoped, had mucus sent off ect multiple times. Yet they cannot find out the cause and just have loaded me on different medications, I am now having a baby in October and cannot live like this. I have thought about taking a butter knife and scraping my throat out, shoving objects down there to make the mucus come out, put a shop vac down my airway. I cannot function I am annoyed with myself with my body, hate it it's draining me mentally, and physically causing me pain, I'm sick of drs not believing me or just telling me to come back in two weeks I'm done with it I'm done with my life. I've tried mucinex, phlegm thinners, I even got treated for "thrush" I've been to multiple walks ins I'd say I've spend 3000$ at all my appointments in total with a 25$ copay not including meds that I've had to pick up. I have tried herbal teas, vapo rub, Flonase, Claritin, I'm done I'm just done I need help plz. I also spit out mucus it is mucus it isn't just spit idk what's happening but even if I don't have mucus in my nose I feel it in my throat idk where it is coming from I will attach a picture of the mucus below.
