I had 3 screws removed from my tibia

I had a Tibial Tubercle osteotomy 5 years ago and just got my 3 screws removed from my tibia 3 weeksa ago. How long until the hole of the screws will be healed? Since I am starting back my exercise like bicyle, im curious about when it will it be « safe ». My doc didnt said anything about exercise and ill meet him on september 5th.
