(F23) Painful, swollen spot in mouth

I'm female, 23, 171cm/5'7", 56kg/123.5lbs, white, birth control pill, no alcohol/nicotine/other drugs

Duration of complaint: since Thursday

Complaint: There's a painful, swollen spot in my mouth/left cheek (see photos). I have pain in my left cheek that gets worse when I open my mouth.

I sometimes have little mouth ulcers and I thought this was one too at first when I felt the pain, but it looks and feels different and my lidocaine cream doesn't help.

What is this and should I go to a doctor for it?
