At the beginning of the year (2023) I (18F) got into a car accident and ever since then I’ve had a continuous eye twitch that has recently been getting worse, for details, I was going about 40-50 in my 1990 Miata, it was lowered and had a quick release steering wheel meaning no airbags, the lady pulled out in front of me and I didn’t have time to react. I slammed my head into the quick release and blacked out, when I came back to the whole left side of my face was covered in blood and was swelling, when I got to the hospital they never did any scans on my head and let me leave after a hour, never found out if I had a concussion or not. Over the past few months I’ve noticed the eye I hit twitch occasional but not as bad as it does now. Should I consult another doctor or is the damage already done? It gets worse especially when I’m concentrating on something and makes me look weird. Any advice is welcome
