Weird episodes

I'm a 21F, non-smoker, no known allergies(got lab tests taken, but no results yet)currently not on any medications.
I occasionally get really cold, my cheeks get red and swell a bit. Sometimes I also get a bit nauseous. Sometimes I need to pee very often during these (2-5 times in an hour) I'm having an "episode" like this right now and had one a week ago. It's very random, lasts usually 1-5 hours. What could this possibly be?
