Received 1 Covid Vaccine dose in 2021, didn't get 2nd, what can I do now?
Post Body

Hi all,

33 year old male, 5'11", 185-190 lbs. Conditions are anxiety/panic, depression (to lesser extent) and Sjogren's Disorder. I take Lexapro and Clonazepam.

I received the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine back in March of 2021, had a fairly strong reaction to it, and due to my anxiety/panic (which has really been more of a health anxiety, long story) I wasn't able to get the 2nd dose as I just battled constant anxiousness over it and wasn't able to get it under control.

I finally got Covid in January of this year, and everything was really fine. Fairly minimal/mild symptoms.

I still feel ashamed and guilty for not finishing the vaccine - am I still able to get it done? Even with the 1st shot being over 2 years ago now and already having contracted Covid? Is it worth it at this point or because I tolerated it fairly well and don't have any underlying conditions, do I just move forward without?

I know this has probably been gone over, but I really don't know what to do. I would appreciate any help or advice!

Thank you for all that you do!
