I need desperate help, it has almost been a year and no diagnosis
Post Body

26M, 6'3 185lbs. Hello as the title suggests I desperately need help as I have been dealing with very bad pain, dysfunction and numbness for almost a year. I had muscle tension dysphonia that was affecting my ability to speak and after going to multiple speech therapists which was doing absolutely nothing, one of them had suggested I treat this condition with Acupuncture. I was skeptical but out of pure desperation I went ahead and proceeded. Few hours after that session I noticed an incredible amount of numbness and pain in my hand where one of the needles was inserted. The acupuncturist said it would go away on its own but it simply never did. The pain is incredibly sharp and my hand is almost at a total dysfunction. I also get sharp pain in my forearm, shoulder, and back. I can't workout anymore with this, I cannot play guitar which I have dedicated many years to, and I can't type without an incredible amount of pain. I went to physical therapy which did absolutely nothing, doctors and a neurologist. All of the following which did absolutely nothing for me and cant find out what is going on. I feel so unheard and and helpless. Will someone please help me? I've been in pain for months now and I can't go on any further I want to find out what's going on and fix this.
