I have this dull achey pain in my left shoulder, around where the arm connects. It’s not really noticeable in certain positions, I have pretty bad posture so it might be related to that. I’m just worried about it being a heart attack, but I have pretty bad health anxiety so I thought I’d ask here before I freak myself out about it more. There’s no other symptoms and the pain is staying in the same place, so I’m thinking it’s more of a posture or a strained muscle or something like that. Thanks for your advice.
Height: 6’1” Weight: 240 lbs Medications: Metformin, Fluoxetine, Diltiazem, Symbicort, Albuterol Smoking: No Duration: Recently, the last day or so, just got to thinking about it now, it doesn’t seem like a huge issue beyond some slight discomfort. No real history of heart issues, I’m technically pre diabetic and have slightly high blood pressure, but both I’m a few good looking blood test results away from not needing the metformin anymore.
