Fallen very ill after 2 days camping, doctors have no suggestions

Went camping (wilderness hiking/primitive) for 2 nights. After returning and sleeping felt great. Then the next day I woke up with a large swollen lymph node in the back of my neck in my hairline.

I had a severe migraine and lots of aches/pains that day. Zero energy. A friend brought me some herbal medicine for moving/clearing the lymph system (calendula, red clover, cleavers) and salve for topical use on my neck.

Visited the doctor the next morning and they said to return if the lymph swelling doesn't go down. Continuing with the herbal tea, the swelling in my neck went down.

However, I am feeling extremely lethargic with lots of aches, dizziness, and heart pounding. No appetite, general feeling of being ill.

Now I am wondering about the possibility that this is a tick borne illness? My symptoms seem to match lyme perfectly. During the trip I pulled several ticks off my friend (about 6) but none were found on me.

Any advice would be appreciated. My health is generally okay otherwise, I smoke but don't drink. Eat pretty healthy and cook my own meals.

Tl;dr 32 yr old woman went camping, returned with swollen lymph, migraine, body aches, lethargy. Wondering about tickborne illness now. Doctors didn't have much insight. Do you?
