Bleeding after anal sex - graphic question.
Post Body

36, gay male:

In a bit of distress and appreciate your insight.

I had sex with a guy who had an insanely hard penis that curves up pretty sharply. While roughly going at it, it slid out accidentally and it hurt so freaking much. We paused, then continued after the pain subsided. At the end, as I was cleaning I realized that there was some light bleeding.

This morning, I douched and the water was clear, no bleeding. I saw another guy (straightish and thick penis shape). We fucked thrice and no bleeding when I cleaned up. Yay!

Then I saw the same guy as yesterday. And after we finished, I had bled. Not much but definitely had. It’s been a couple hours since then and I was feeling horny so I douched and saw that there are some tiny specks of red in the run off, and a light streak or two of pink on the loo paper. I don’t feel any pain at all. At most there is some soreness in my hole but not unlike what you feel for a few hrs after you’ve been banged hard.

What do you think is happening? Should I be worried? A guy wants to play (which is why I was douching). Said he doesn’t care as long as I’m not hurt. Should I go ahead with it? He is kind of hung so I’m wondering I should turn off the slut- factor tonight. My horniness says go for it…. Argh! If I should turn it off, how long should I wait? :/

I’m STI free (tested just a few days ago), on PrEP, and use condoms most of the time; just didn’t with the guy from yesterday.
