This afternoon, I started having intermittent lower left side pain, similar to diverticulitis pain. It was about a 3/10, so I just decided to push water and maybe go on a clear liquid diet and see if that helps. About an hour later, the pain moved around to my lower back, and lower abdomen, like menstrual cramps, but just a little more intense. I would call that a 5-6/10. I had a pelvic & transvaginal ultrasound on 3/28/23 that showed a 2.9cm indeterminate lobulated hyperechoic lesion on my right ovary.
My question is, should I go to the ER or wait until I can talk to my PCP tomorrow?
