need help understanding bloodwork before uni starts

I (23F) don't know how to explain symptoms because I don't know what's truly a symptom or what could be stress (?)
I can certainly say I have terrible migraines and spine pain if that makes any sense.
- I know emergency issues aren't allowed but I'm more just seeking advice on what could be happening. I'm suppose to start university really soon and I just want to be prepared for anything I might be told/tested for
