Hello respectable community of Drs,
30 y/old male, 174cm height, 72kg.
Is the fatigue from seasonal allergies a "real" fatigue as in, my body is actually tired and I should lower the intensity of my workouts to let my body also cope with whatever it is doing, or is it more of a "you feel fatigued" but you can continue as normal?
In my particular case, I don't have trouble sleeping, I am sleeping as usual. I get this allergies every year. I take prescribed Avamys, and OTC Neil med nose rinses, saline solution, eye drops for lubricating, and allegra 24h.
Thanks!!
