What does this MRI jargon mean?
Post Body

I'm male, 22, non smoker, non drinker, and I received an MRI because I've been having some terrible pinch headaches in one spot on the veins behind my ear. I received the results today, and I'm not sure what much of it means.

"Technique: MRI imaging of the brain without intravenous contrast. Multiplanar, multisequence MR images were obtained.

DISCUSSION: Scalp soft tissues are within normal limits

Brain parenchyma: No significant parenchymal signal abnormalities identified. Diffusion abnormality: No evidence of abnormal restricted diffusion. Extra axial fluid collections: No extra-axial fluid collections. Ventricles / CSF: No hydrocephalus Vessels: The proximal, main intracranial arterial flow voids are identified on axial T2-weighted images

Paranasal sinuses: Unremarkable. Mastoids / middle ear cavities: Grossly clear. Bones: The bone marrow signal on sagittal T1-weighted images appears unremarkable Orbits: The orbits and globes are unremarkable

IMPRESSION: No acute intracranial abnormality"

Some insight would be nice!
