Hi, I'm a 29 year old male weighing in at 188 pounds, six feet tall. I've been taking Adderall for a month and it's been a huge huge blessing. I've had undiagnosed adhd my entire life and I feel like I'm finally getting to be myself, and my job has become incredibly fun. But Adderall (10mg) twice a day isn't just suppressing my appetite, it's causing bad stomach/intestinal pain and constant constipation.
My husband takes Vyvanse and says it impacts his stomach way less while letting him enjoy the benefits longer. This sounds great, and I'll be calling my doc tomorrow, but I'm looking to see if this is a common thing for people and if Vyvanse helped. It'd put my mind at ease for now. I'm just used to being on meds that don't work for me, so I worry a lot when I realize I need to switch.
