22F non smoker - I’ve had a sore throat since 1/23 and went to urgent care on 1/25, where I tested negative for strep, covid, and the flu. Started feeling better on the 26th, but got much sicker (congestion, sneezing, fatigue, general cold stuff) 27th-29th. Finally over the cold symptoms, except my throat still really hurts. Today it’s a bit better, like I can stand it without ibuprofen, but now I have a red bump on the roof of my mouth/beginning of my throat, and idk I was exposed to hpv in December (I’ve gotten std tested and gotten a pelvic exam and Pap smear since - all normal) so I’m just paranoid - is this something I should be worried about or just a canker sore? Should I go back to urgent care if my throat still hurts tomorrow?
Medications: adderall, buspar, testosterone (hrt)
