(M21) weird spotty rash on feet

I recently developed this spotty rash type thing on the tops of my feet, it's like tons of tiny red bumps. I only noticed it today after taking off my socks I'd been wearing today, but then again I don't really look at my feet all that much, it's not letting me add pictures for whatever reason but I do have some i can send. Only other information I have to give us that I'm about 2 weeks into healing from an ingrown toenail surgery. I just wanted some professional input before I start to freak out.
