Rash after Tetanus booster shot (23F)

Got a tetanus booster shot yesterday around 2:30 pm, and noticed a rash all over my forearms last night around midnight. I did not notice the rash when I had taken my shirt & hoodie off an hour or two prior, so I think it might have developed, or at least worsened, after I got in bed last night. I took two Zyrtec (didn’t have benadryl) and it seemed to have improved by the morning. But it’s now 9:01 pm on the day after, and the rash is getting worse again, similar to how it was last night. How worried should I be?
