I was thinking about sending my Dr a thank you card? But I don't want to look goody two shoes or suck up.

I thank him every time I see him. But he's close to my age and maybe that will make it awkward. I am not attracted to him, I'm just thankful. I am going to send one to his admin because she is awesome. Should I just put the thank you in the same card? Instead of 2 separate cards or not give him one at all?
