As you know the people of Ohio recently voted to enshrine abortion into their state constitution, essentially protecting right to access it under certain conditions.
Ohio Republicans have essentially said they will not respect the results of that vote and will continue for enforce abortion bans.
They've been reported saying they will consider removing jurisdiction from the judiciary (the courts) over this initiative. Basically saying the legislature alone will consider what modifications to make after public hearings.. inspite of the vote.
As a conservative, I genuinely want to know if you feel this is adequate representation. And if you do you what reasons drive that stance and why.
