I have had a few bad experiences with Clarity Clinic lately with my Psychiatrist, mainly recommending me to take medication holidays on my ADHD medication Vyvanse which my therapist who specializes in Autism told me that medication helps regulate my emotions and is something I shouldn’t stop taking even for a day or two. Who do you recommend? I prefer a male MD Doctor who has experience with Neurodivrgents with ADHD and Autism. Also maybe looking for another therapist because my current one even though I do like her and she has been very helpful since my late diagnosis of ASD Level 1 this last Spring 2023 is also connected with Clarity and I have had bad experiences lately with a couples therapist and my psychiatrist.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations! Also therapist I would prefer to be a man too and one who specializes in Autism in Adults is a must
