Smoking Weed outside advice

I am getting my medical card and currently going to get recreational until I get a card. My apartment can’t be smoked in at all, no matter what kind of smoking. I imagine I can get away with vaping, but what areas can someone smoke a prerolled joint? Any places aside from CTA stations, trains etc do people smoke around other people who smoke marijuna? Thanks
