What would theoretically be above eusociality?

Post Body
Eusociality is considered the most advanced form of sociality in biology, with its overlapping generations, division of labour based on reproductive capacity, alloparenting, and adult group living, but I was wondering if there could theoretically be anything above it and if so what that thing would be like? I'm mainly asking because I'm trying to write a biological science-fiction piece and want to explore different societal models beyond the Earthen biosphere.
Thanks in advance!
