Altwork Signature Station headrest pillow/support

I’m a week into my new Altwork signature station and it’s been great for my back, but a mixed bag for my neck. Specifically, when I go into zero grav or recline fully, I find the headrest pretty uncomfortable and it causes aching pain and stiffness to my upper neck and back of my head. I’ve played with the settings to no avail. Can anyone recommend a headrest pillow or support for the signature station?
