Hey hey - so, there's a cheap looking Mic Arm out there called a Duronic MH01 ( https://amzn.eu/d/bb7L7Kx). I don't want it because it's not big or sturdy enough for my purposes. But I am considering buying it purely for the monitor arm mounting bracket which enables a mic arm to be attached to the upright pole of the monitor arm. Does anyone know what these brackets are called and where I could purchase one separately? It's kind of a "Mic Arm Base to Pole C Clamp", but searches to that effect prove fruitless. Cheers.
Update: I couldn't find an attachment like the one supplied with the Duronic. So in the end I took a chance and ordered it alongside a much better quality arm as well. I can confirm that the Duronic bracket fits perfectly on a monitor pole, and has a standard mounting hole for a better quality mic arm to be used instead. This means I can mount a large mic arm above my monitors and pull it down to the desired position nice and easy. Now I just need a purpose for the extra mic arm I now own because couldn't buy the bracket separately.....
