Light For Zoom Calls that don't BURN your eyes?

Hi,
I want to get a light to light my face for zoom calls.
However, anything I put in front of me (on top of the monitor etc...) it's like a torch on my face or a little less intensive
How do you guys solve this? any light reccomandation? thanks
