Should I visit April first/second week?

Hi all, I'm planning my solo travel to Barcelona or Girona (or some coastal region of Costa Brava). I saw the forecast of April and I see scattered rain/thunderstorms. However, I also noticed that the forecast has changed significantly in the last 3 days.
What would you suggest I do? If there is scattered rain, I'm assuming I won't be able to enjoy the trip to the fullest.
